    Tracey L. Cantarutti, Ph.D.
    TLC Leadership Options, Inc. 

    Dr. Tracey Cantarutti is President of TLC Leadership Development Options, a leadership development and talent management consulting firm.  She has served on boards in the Chicago area as Compensation Committee Chair for over 10 years.  As a former Vice President in a global manufacturing organization Tracey has more than 20 years of experience in global business strategy and marketing.  As a consultant, her experience spans high technology/electronics and communication, packaging, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and construction sectors. As an outside Director at W.E. O’Neil Industries Inc.,  Tracey collaborates with board members and company management in reviewing business strategy and compensation as well as supporting development of the leadership pipeline in the organization to ensure effective succession planning.

    In addition to being President of her own company and a former corporate executive, Tracey is a Business Management Professor at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where she teaches Leadership and Strategic Thinking. She currently holds one private company Board position and is a member of a large non-profit advisory board.

    Tracey holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Illinois.

    Patrick A. O’Neil Jr.

    Patrick O’Neil is a fourth-generation family member of the W.E. O’Neil Construction Company. He has worked in many capacities for the company as Project Engineer, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and is currently an Estimator in the Chicago office. Patrick began his Career eight years ago, in the California office with the last three in Chicago. Some notable projects are Tongva Park, Northrop Grumman A6 EPOD, 322 Rodeo Drive, Boeing Building 38, University of Chicago North Sciences Quadrangle, and as an estimator on the recently awarded Lincoln Commons project. Patrick was appointed a board member at the beginning of 2017 and is a member of the finance committee. B.S Finance Regis University, Construction Management UCLA.

    Brian G. Ramsay

    Mr. Ramsay’s diverse management experience in the construction field includes positions as a founding member of the California Office, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Project Executive. In 1999, Brian successfully oversaw the launching of a new subsidiary office located in Denver, Colorado. In March 2003, Brian was promoted to President of the California office, and in March 2014 was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of O’Neil Industries, Inc. Brian Ramsay lead the California office to its 30th year of success, concurrently with the 90th anniversary of the national company . He prominently developed the company’s Aerospace industry portfolio as well as companies like DirecTV, Macerich, Belmont Village, and Westlake Village, and other nationally recognized organizations. He was instrumental in the development of the Denver office, spearheading that organization while still maintaining his work in California. Denver has flourished into an industry leader and a strong contributor in the revenue of O’Neil Industry, Inc. He has been an instrumental part of every project in California to date, and now leading over all our National offices, from his desk in the California, Los Angeles headquarters with a very hands on business mentality.


    Andrew Keyt

    Andrew Keyt is an internationally known business strategist and succession planning expert for family owned businesses.  He is the President and Founder of Keyt Consulting, a private firm that assists family enterprises with succession and strategic planning, dealing with family conflict and communication, working with adult sibling / cousin teams, and executing emergency management transitions. Keyt is the president of Family Business Network – North America (FBN-NA), the leading network for business-owning families worldwide.  Additionally, he serves as a Clinical Professor at Loyola University Chicago Family Business Center after having served as the Executive Director of the Center for the past 18 years.  He is the author of Myths and Mortals: Family Business Leadership and Succession Planning, published by Wiley, July 2015.
